2. Wallet System

The platform provides an electronic wallet that may contain deposited funds, cashback rewards, referral rewards, promotional bonuses, tournament winnings, and other credits offered by the platform.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing their wallet balance and ensuring that all transactions are accurate. Any discrepancy must be reported to our support team immediately.

The wallet is designed exclusively for activities available within Wintrix and may not be used for any unauthorized purpose.

3. Deposit Policy

All successful deposits credited to a user's wallet are generally final and non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances specifically mentioned in this policy.
